Aluminum Supercharger Steel Pulley RTMG Performance for Mini Cooper S R53 Blue

16% smaller pulley designed for increasing the supercharger pressure up to 0.4 bar and power up to 20 hp with significant torque increase.

When combined with ECU Remapping, it is possible to achieve up to 40 horsepower increase compared to stock. The boost pressure with this pulley is approximately 1-1.2 Bars.
Unlike other pressure boosting methods, the RTMG Mini Cooper S pulley is designed to not exceed the limits of the stock supercharger, resulting in maximum reliability. No damage or extra wear to the supercharger or other components like water pump-alternator-bearings etc.

100% made of Aluminum alloy in modern CNC machines and standardization in ISO. Our design allows to install the pulley without damaging the shaft of the supercharger through the double clamping taper. No special skills are required for installation, and it's possible to fit without having to remove the supercharger from the engine.
