Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit for Ford F150 Raptor Radium Engineering

This comprehensive installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium fuel surge tank (FSTR-RA) in a 2017+ F150 Raptor EcoBoost. The required FSTR-RA is sold separately.

The OEM fuel pump is repurposed to keep the surge tank full with excess returning back to the OEM fuel tank. The new FSTR-RA pump will now feed the engine and is regulated by the integrated FPR on the surge tank. This pump keeps supplying fuel, even if the OEM fuel pump becomes momentarily starved.

A Radium gauge is included to adjust and monitor fuel pressure. The integrated regulator on the FSTR-RA can be vacuum referenced if 1:1 fuel pressure is required or ran static (no vacuum reference) to mimic the stock system.

The Ford F150 Raptor install kit locates the FSTR-RA in a collision-safe area under the LH side of the truck. The polished stainless steel bracket solidly mounts to OEM mounting points.

Also included are wiring components with flying leads featuring Raychem solderless butt splices, and a weatherproof fuse and relay to drive the FSTR-RA fuel pump. Wiring is very simple and takes less than 30 minutes to assemble.
