This 0.69" big bore fuel rail is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel rail. A plumbing kit is available that provides all the necessary parts to install and plumb the fuel rail with OEM components. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The OEM plastic spacers are reused to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the aluminum intake manifold. PORTS AND FITTINGS The fuel rail features four threaded ports that are all tapped for 8AN ORB. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Factory mounting hardware is re-used (consult install instructions for more info). This is ideal for high performance applications where the installer is going to build a custom fuel system.
