The exquisite MMR Performance Big Brake Kit for F56 Mini uses our own forged monoblock 6-piston calipers, paired with 355mm fully-floating two-piece discs. Precision machined to deliver breathtaking stopping performance whether in extreme fast road, or race conditions. The MMR Performance 6-piston front brake upgrade for the F56 MINI is simply a level above anything else on the market for this platform. Designed without compromise for ultimate stopping performance, it's packed with motorsport-inspired features, bringing a true supercar look and feel in the braking department. At the heart of our brake kit is the lightweight Forged Monoblock Calipers. Rather than two halves bolted together, they're a one-piece construction that starts life as an ultra-strong forged billet. From this billet, extensive 5-axis CNC machining operations give each caliper its stunning finish. It's a construction technique usually reserved only for the highest-specification motorsport brake setups and ensures the ultimate stopping performance when used in extreme road, or race conditions. The result is a 6-piston caliper that is both stiffer and lighter than any other, combined with exceptional cooling characteristics and stunning detailing. The thin-profile calipers give extreme stiffness and light weight, and aid in wheel clearance packaging - requiring no spacer to fit behind OEM 18" wheels. Finally, we offer a colour choice of either Bright Red, Graphite Grey, Metallic Blue or stunning Nickel Chrome finish. The calipers are mated with a set of our high-performance 355mm diameter with 32mm thickness fully-floating high cast carbon two-piece disc assemblies giving a far higher friction coefficient compared to normal steel rotors. These requires a minimum of 18" wheel. The discs themselves feature a directional curved vein to aid cooling, so reducing the effect of fade. Fully floating mounting between disc and bell allow for thermal expansion and contraction to avoid cracking. The anti-rattle mounts keep it quiet. A full fitting kit is included: bolt on and drive!
