This high-flow sandwich plate is constructed from lightweight CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum, providing unmatched precision and quality. The internal oil thermostat will restrict flow to the heat exchanger until the activation temperature is reached; this provides improved warm-up while maintaining efficient cooling properties. Thanks to a small footprint and rear-mounted thermostat, this sandwich plate can be installed in even the tightest engine bays where the exhaust or other engine components create strict space constraints. The sandwich plate includes two 1/8" NPT ports for use with temperature or pressure sensors. The included M22 X 1.5 sandwich plate adapter allows for fitment on various GM LSX vehicles and Ford V8's including the 4.6L, 5.4L, and Coyote 5.0L.
